You put yourselves in charge of nations, you tell us how it’s gonna be
You bring us into situations, you bring us into tragedy

So why, can’t you be trusted? To do the things that you should!
The power, for which you’ve lusted, you should use for the common good!

Look at what you spend on weapons, while the people go without
People hungry and homeless, is that what life should be about?

Playing silly power games, staking silly unjust claims
And then you want to fight a war, destroying lives for evermore

Like little children in the playground, you fight and argue over silly things
We see the lives that you have brought down, we see the pain and misery it brings

And we all get dragged into it, and people suffer from your shit
Because of what you have done, you ruin life for everyone

Unique in all of this creation, it is the home of our human race
