Mirror Mirror On The Lamppost

This mysterious mirror, just like the one we asked for, appeared in Slade Green Road a few weeks after we were told by Vinny Rey that we couldn't possibly have one. He told us mirrors are not a part of Bexley Council's remit and it would have to be down to the Highways Agency, whom presumably the Council don't communicate with. However, funnily enough, somebody managed to get one here, less than 150 yards from where we wanted ours.

It seems that Bexley Council can do it when suits THEM, but not when it suits the people that pay their wages. Instead they just come out with a whole bunch of baloney! Now that is something they're good at. Perhaps we should have pinched this one and put it on OUR lamppost!
