Social Management

One of the biggest problems humanity has yet to overcome in this world is greed! But before we get to that we must understand why!

Humanity's Social Management Structure

X, Y & Z! On a planet such as Earth, that has been gifted everything, the equation should be simple! There is X amount of money, Y amount of resources, and Z amount of work to do. All we need to do is share. The ordinary people don't ask for much. Somewhere to live, enough food, water, energy, perhaps a holiday once a year, and a job to pay for it. However, it all seems a bit too much for those in charge! Why is that?

Just One! When we look around the world, we see that those who volunteer themselves to do the jobs in social management, our politicians and leaders, are all too often, flawed individuals of moderate, or less than moderate intelligence, short on consideration, understanding and morals. They are often dishonest, lying when it suits them, and also arrogant, not listening to, or considering the people who ultimately pay their wages. One way or another, they generally do exactly what THEY want to do, regardless, and the ordinary people are expected to put up with things they don't get a say in, didn't vote for, didn't want, or don't like. Even in our so-called democracies, real democracy is an illusion and, most of the time, a meaningless word. From local to national government, people are ignored, walked all over and abused by those in power. At worse, this means millions of ordinary people being killed and damaged, and homes destroyed, through a war initiated by just one individual.

Consequences: We can now begin to see how life on Earth has evolved and see evidence, in our DNA, of the life-programme that drives our structure and creation. We know that, consequently, mankind is built on, and has evolved from an animal framework. In fact, we still share many commonalities with other animals on Earth. Likewise, our planetary social management system is still based on the same system the animals use; that is, the alpha-male. He who butts the biggest gets the pick of the spoils. Even though it has morphed a little, to encompass a bit more voting and less butting, what this actually means is that, ultimately, a single person has overall control, and control of the spoils, and that single person makes the decisions on behalf of everyone else. Even if disagreeable to the majority, one way or another, such decisions are generally enforced and the ordinary people are made to put up with it and suffer the, sometimes, very extreme and damaging consequences.

Animal = Man Ail: Depending on where we look, the negative effects of Earth's animal-based social management systems vary significantly in impact and degradation of quality of life for the ordinary people. They range from a basic lack of democracy, and being politely / deliberately ignored, to violent oppression and an absolute disregard of human rights; denial of freedoms, misogyny, serious abuse of people, and even genocide. Sometimes, those who worm their way into power are simply crooked, sometimes they are violent thugs and bullies, or mad! Many cause considerable problems for humanity. It's a sad fact that some people in this world don't want you to have a say in your own life and they think they're entitled to give you a hard time if YOU think differently. If we are ever to overcome these problems, we have to stop behaving like animals. Meaning people have to be able and 'allowed' to live their lives, free from bullying, abuse and persecution. However, even in the UK, we still suffer persecution and denial of basic human rights. This upsets a lot of people and is nothing to be proud of!

Top Dog: The prospect of being top dog can be attractive to some, for different reasons. Some more well-intentioned than others. To try and win the position, we see all sorts of tactics being employed, from blatant lying and twisting of truth, to slagging off, to bumping off, or locking up any opposition. Once political leaders are in a position of power, and become top dog, they have the paid underdogs at their disposal. That is the official government forces. The police, the military, the special services, etc. Those that are trained to follow commands without question, regardless of morality and right or wrong. Afterall, that is what they are paid to do. This enables the control of the alpha-male to be enforced and until that alpha-male is usurped, or replaced, everyone is subject to the biases, flaws, weaknesses and potential bad behaviour of that person. It means the ordinary people can be subject to enforced abuse from the establishment; bullying, persecution, oppression, etc. It also means the whole world can be dragged into war by one person, making the lives of the ordinary people very vulnerable!

The Inner Circle: Around and assisting the top dog, or alpha-male will be his mates, or inner circle. The entourage, the cabinet, or court of the king, etc. Those who prop up, support and benefit by, being 'in' with the boss. Generally getting a share of the spoils and a privileged life, but at what cost to everyone else? As leaders also set the example to others, that is dictate the fashion in 'acceptable' morality and moral benchmarks, they can make a massive difference in the quality and taste of the brew the rest of us have to put up with. Bad leadership sets a bad example and inspires bad behaviour all the way down. The bad trickles all the way down to the bottom, infecting others in society, who could otherwise be decent, taking them down the wrong road and sending out the message that such animalistic and retarded abuse is ok, because it is sanctioned at the very top. If mankind is to evolve and make the leap from animal to civilised being, the quality of leadership and our planetary social management system must now come under serious scrutiny, with a view to removing such flaws and vulnerabilities!

ST ILL! When you look around, it is very clear that, much of the time, politicians don't know what they're doing. They have no real vision and no real understanding and, at worse, are simply corrupt! Yes, and they don't listen to the people paying their wages either. They behave like rogue traders and their flaws, weaknesses and mistakes cost the ordinary people practically, financially and emotionally. Some countries are much worse than the UK, and people in those countries suffer badly. However, the ripples, or knock-on effects, also affect people everywhere. Everyone pays something. Cost of living, morale and mental health in this world, all suffer as a result of unsavoury leaders. Due to our archaic social management system, one bad leader, that is one single human entity, can screw up the whole world. It is a fact that when leaders of nations don't get on and fall out as individuals, the rest of us can get dragged into wars. This makes their own personal flaws and issues even more pertinent, as they have a massive bearing on what the rest of us have to put up with. It is utterly ridiculous that thousands, sometimes millions of people can end up being killed due to the character and personality flaws of one individual! But, that's where we are! ST ILL!

D' Evil! When people put themselves forward to lead and be in a position of responsibility, you would expect them to be somewhat caring, capable and responsible. However, being qualified isn't actually a requirement. It's ironic that to be a consultant surgeon and hold the life of just one person in your hands, you have train for 12 years or more. But just about any Dick (not forgetting Tom and Harry) can be in charge of a nation, holding the lives of millions in their hands, and have absolutely no qualifications or training whatsoever. In our social management structures, arguably THE most important jobs, there are absolutely no checks on an individual's capability, or suitability to do the job. Through spin, deceit, guile, or force, just about anyone can worm their way in and seize control. Once they're in, they can be the devil's own job to get out. And while they're in, for some, the devil's own job they do too! Through their action, and / or inaction, earthquakes and hurricanes aside, our leaders are responsible for all the mess we see in this world. Immeasurable problems for the ordinary people.

Road To Hell: With all its inherent weaknesses, our archaic social management system is a significant problem and its inherent flaws make us all very vulnerable. We continually see power struggles play out all over the planet as corrupt individuals, our so-called leaders, who are wholly unfit for purpose, play games with people's lives, propped up by the thugs and bullies that serve them. Just like in the animal kingdom, it all amounts to the stronger, more forceful ones, picking and leaning on the weaker and more peaceful ones. This is just as true in religion as in politics, as religion also has its problems with unsavoury leadership. Old men who make up rules to suit their own corrupted and retarded thinking. They pick on and bully the women, dictating and enforcing backward, bigoted, sinful rules and blame it all on God. It's embarrassing and it causes a lot problems for the ordinary people. Such wrong thinking in religion and the division it causes has also been responsible for much conflict as the ordinary people are, once again, led down a road to hell! That's going the wrong way guys!

Standing Up: Unfortunately, when we have unsavoury leaders that have wormed their way into power and then reveal their true colours as being black, black, and more black, the ordinary people are forced to stand up and try and butt back in order to address the problems they cause. Nature, human psychology, and life in the playground tells us that there is, unfortunately, only one way to deal with a bully. But when things are made to go this far, it always costs the ordinary people significantly. Civil wars, world wars, uprisings, revolutions, protests. We've seen it all in this world. It all amounts to the ordinary people being used, abused, and very unhappy. The fact is, we really need leaders who can be responsible, understand what is required, serve the people and keep the people very happy! If they can't do this, they should step down and let someone else have a go! We can't have our leaders behaving badly, or behaving like animals, and taking us down the wrong road. We know where it goes and it's not a nice place! In fact, we can already feel the heat and the further we go down that road, the hotter it gets!

The Story Of Mankind
The One Question

Greed

Victims! Politicians consistently allow greed to come before welfare! However, it is not just those who rely on welfare who are disadvantaged, it is everyone that helps turn the wheels of any society, that pays the price for greed. Greed is a disease that blinds people to moral obligation and to what is right! It is also a form of abuse, and should be understood to be a crime, because it creates victims!

Civilised? We are groomed from birth in this world to accept routine abuse as normal. Unsavoury animal traits that are still inherent in our social systems - bossing, bullying, oppression, exploitation and greed. Remnants of our animal heritage and HIS TORY on Earth. Greed is one of those animal traits. The question is, can humanity rise above the animals far enough, to eradicate our animal traits and become civilised?

Regression: Rather than rising above the animals, over the past few years, humanity has become more dog-like. This is due to the poor quality of leadership. If we have people in charge who think and behave like dogs, it sets the tone and encourages others to be the same, and the whole of humanity starts to regress. We see the negative impact of greed, setting pack against pack and the resultant mess!

Struggle To Survive: In the UK, things haven't got better, they have in fact got worse! In just about every area, the quality of service has gone down and the price has gone up. Greedy people have their fingers in all the pies, creaming off the top, giving as little in return as they can get away with. In the meantime, people struggle to survive, unable to afford rent, buy houses, heat their homes, or feed their children.

Break Down: Greed is a serious issue that politicians currently have no answer to. Technology should be doing more of the work, giving people more leisure time. However, this has not been the case, as the rich simply see technology as a means of making even more money. Unless we rethink our ways, with the advent of A.I., greed will become an even more serious issue in our future and society will break down!

No Future! There are lessons we are all here to learn in this world. How to be content with having enough, is one of those lessons. It is necessary to have enough, but it is not necessary to be greedy, or to take more than you need. If you are lucky enough to have enough, be content, don't be greedy. Put something back to help others. Greed causes so many problems. There is no future in greed, for any of us!

Valid Life Principles: We should now be able to understand that everything we have, see and do, is based on workable principles. Without the application of these principles, we would not be here. Greed is not a valid life principle; 'valid' meaning a principle that works and allows us to exist. To put it another way, if your body behaved in this fashion, it would fail and you would die! Think about it!

Every Chip! Although we are brought up to accept the world the way it is, there is no justification for the kind of animal-trait abuse that still mars the quality of life on this planet for so many. Greed is selfish, unnecessary, unacceptable and unkind! Regardless of the scale, or the size of the machine, every part needs to be oiled and every chip needs to be powered, or it doesn't run properly. Just like this planet!

Given! As we have been GIVEN all that we have in this world, most would say there is absolutely no justification and no need for greed!

Pie

Society: Right, Or Wrong? Ten people sit down to eat a pie. The person at the head of the table dishes himself up 90% of the pie, leaving just 10% for the other nine people. The nine people apportion and eat the 10% between them, but afterwards, they are still hungry. The person with the 90% only manages to eat 10% of his portion and he is full, because that's all he actually needed to satisfy his hunger. Right, or wrong?

It's a 50/50 question, but can YOU pick the right answer?

The Con Club UK

The Equation: In any society or conglomerate, everyone in the equation is part of the equation. If you are going to put yourself forward to be in government, you should be prepared to look after the people, all the people, not just yourself and your mates! Unfortunately, governments in recent times, regardless of polarity have failed to do this.

The Con Club: In recent times an elite group of people in our society have taken this country for a ride and to the cleaners. Profiteering through essential services, housing and other life necessities, they have selfishly and ruthlessly structured our society to benefit themselves, paying themselves very large amounts of money, whilst the common man struggles to survive, many failing in the climate they have created.

Life Essentials: In a properly managed modern society, everybody should be entitled to expect a fairly paid job, somewhere reasonable to live, food, water and enough money to live on without enduring suffering and poverty. We have the technology to achieve this but we do not currently have the goodwill. It is the job of any government to provide the basic bread and butter, life essentials, for its citizens!

Greed & Corruption: In lesser countries we see governments failing badly in these areas because of greed and corruption. It seems that this country is currently no different, as the rich controlling elite selfishly manipulate society to suit themselves and their grossly inflated fortunes.

Morally Imbalanced: Failure to fairly and properly address greed and achieve a reasonable balance of fair play in our society results in poverty and suffering, increased crime and social tension and a morally imbalanced, ill-bred society, just like the one we currently live in!

Wealth Distribution
Why is it that so many people are struggling to make ends meet and yet so many people have more money than they could ever possibly spend in a million years? How much do greedy people actually need at the expense of others who can't afford to eat or feed their kids?

Non-Profit Essential Services And Facilities
Essential services and facilities should be managed for the benefit of everyone. However, unfortunately we have seen a considerable degree of devious exploitation and profiteering via such services at the expense of the ordinary people and this contributes towards people not being able to afford what they need. Essential services, which include food, water, shelter, power and transport, as well as civic services, such as the prison systems, rubbish disposal, roads and infrastructure, should be managed on a non-profit making basis, however, this is no longer the case as it has all largely been privatised and monopolised by the Con Club. For the ordinary members of society this means the price goes up, the service goes down, jobs get lost and people end up out of work.

The Tipping Point
A call for politicians to understand and heed the fact that if you cram too many people into any given area whilst taking away more and more of their facilities and their open space, the area reaches a tipping point where social conditions deteriorate rapidly and crime goes up exponentially. For any area to be healthy it needs sufficient facilities and enough green and open space for people to stretch their legs. Where this is not the case, we see the resultant effects and the increased cost to society in social disorders. If we insist on treating people like battery-hens we will never get the best out of them. But then, what more can we expect!

End The Baby Factory?
With people living much longer nowadays, the population booming and the considerable additional strain on health and social services that this gives rise to, perhaps it is time to think about putting a cap on the size of families in the U.K., especially families that are state dependent...

Good Idea Deprivation
A call to make it illegal for big companies to buy up the rights to anything that would otherwise be seen to benefit people or planet, for the purpose of preventing its manufacture and availability purely to preserve their own profit and greed. Many good ideas have already been bought up and shelved on this basis purely and simply so that companies can ensure maximum profits. Where progress and technological evolution is concerned, anything that can be seen to benefit people and help preserve our environment should be developed and made available. The suppression of such otherwise beneficial ideas for greedy individuals' monetary gain is morally unjust and, as they have an inadequate and out-dated moral framework, it should be made illegal.

Human Rights?
It is this simple - if you have breached other people's human rights, without thought for them, you do not deserve, and should not expect, to have your own respected. If you do not respect the human rights of others, you give up the right to your own. In other words, don't bleat on about no consideration, when you give no consideration! Be done as you would do unto others!

Human Rights - When Is It Right?

Not Very Sporting!
Our politicians have structured society so that rich individuals can benefit through the exploitation, slavery and misery of today's young people, who have had hope taken away from them. They are expected to work on minimal, or zero hours contracts, in poor conditions, for pathetic money, just so that the rich owners and directors can go out and buy another Rolls-Royce or even a football club. No matter what hours they put in, until this changes, they will never be able to afford living life in this warped, corrupt and perverse society. It should not be allowed, but unfortunately is because those in charge allow themselves to become part of this corruption. Such people should know better, but unfortunately, up until now, it seems they don't!

Are We Fit?
Some people are not fit to wear the uniforms they wear or to be in the positions they are in. Lies, corruption and abuse of position still permeate much of the fabric of our society. Such lies, corruption and abuse of position spoil things for the ordinary decent people. We patently need more honesty and openness in society and everyone needs to be accountable and seen to be doing the right thing by society as a whole! Whatever the position they are in from top to bottom!

Local Council Resource Allocation
A diversion of resource allocation from unnecessary, motorist unfriendly, traffic schemes, and other such disagreeable and wasteful installations, to the provision and promotion of more activity centres and facilities for young people with emphasis on giving them something worthwhile in order to get them of the street corners where they often get into trouble and cause problems for local residents.

Accounting For Actions
A call to institute an 'account for your actions policy' which will be levied against council departments and individuals shown to be responsible for abusing public funds by spending them on schemes that are obviously a backward step, a non-improvement, or that nobody wants. After all, if you are going to spend (or waste) someone else's money you should be accountable for what you spend it on and answerable for your errors, just like anyone else in any other job. Just because you work for local government doesn't mean you should be immune. All public servants and departments should be accountable, not untouchable.

Manage Facilities - Don't Take Them Away!
It is becoming more and more apparent that local authorities all over are depriving the public of certain facilities rather than being bothered to address any problems with them.

Social Representative
An idea for individual streets, or groups of houses, to have a voluntary social representative, who can liaise between the people in the street and the local council, or local councillors, for the purposes of making sure people are happy with the services provided and to bring to attention any problems with a view to achieving an expedient and satisfactory resolution. At the moment people still get walked all over and cannot have what they want in their own streets without corrupt, unwarranted and tyrannical interference from local authorities. Who bully the residents and do what they like regardless of whether it is right or best.

Fed Up With The Rat Race
Why are so many people so fed up with the rat race? Simple. The balance of emphasis is far too far over on the need to make money. Why? Because life is so expensive, and because all too often, people are not paid enough money for what they do.

Slavery Still Abounds In The Western World
When the time came to abolish slavery, we all thought that humanity was reaching a new level of understanding and appreciation, a new era of enlightenment. However, be this as true as it may be, it is also true to say that slavery still abounds in the modern western world. Nowadays of course, slavery is disguised in a way so as to make it less obvious, but nevertheless, it is still as prevalent as ever, even in its disguised form. The controlling factor is no longer fear and intimidation, it is instead, money. With the aid of money, the controlling people realised that they didn't have to be quite so blatant about their domination of the subservient. Here are some of the dictionary definitions from the Oxford Dictionary pertaining to the word Slavery.... Severe toil, exhausting labour, drudgery. The condition or fact of being a slave, servitude; onerous subjugation. Subjection to, or domination by, a specified influence. The practice or institution of keeping slaves, the existence of slaves as a class. Sound familiar?

There have been many pathetic little creatures in this world who, one way or another, get in a position of power and use that position to abuse others. More Social Blundering?
Watching the Ch5 documentary, The Man Who Took Shannon Mathews (8th Dec 2022), it became very clear that there was much more to this happening than was revealed at the time. It was very plain from the documentary that the Michael Donovan needed some help, however, due to concerns by the school, rather than give him help, social services decided to take away the man's daughters, breaking up the family and causing considerable heartache. Not only were the daughters separated from their father, but were also separated from each other. The subsequent police investigation into the abduction of Shannon Mathews, who at the time was about the same age as Michael Donovan's daughters when they were abducted by the state, cost 3 million pounds. Society also had to pay to keep him in prison and then a psychiatric hospital, because he never recovered from the devastating impact of losing his daughters, something that must have been absolutely heartbreaking. What happened to so-called 'care in the community', I wonder? Would have been a bit cheaper wouldn't it!
