You'll see in time with evolution, as man develops in his mind
Growing up is the solution, to all the problems in mankind
For here on Earth we fail to understand, such basic universal laws
As human beings we are far from evolved, and this is why we still fight wars

There are many eyes at this time watching Earth, for we are just out of the trees
Up to our armpits in banana skins and dirt, still crawling round on our knees
And now that we approach this danger point, other life forms do observe
This'll be the making or the breaking of mankind, and we will get all we deserve

And some can feel the wind begin to blow
And some are still out of range
And some will help to get this show on the road
And bring about the wind of change!

This fragile world in the depths of space, it's life on earth that we all share
And in our ignorance and brotherly hate, we've driven mother to despair
For we have loaded up our world with bombs, that may go off at any time
And if we blow mankind to ashes and dust, the punishment will fit the crime

But what of mother nature does she deserve, all that mankind puts her through?
And how would you feel as a mother of love, to bear the child that murders you?
And each and every single man, woman and child, now sits on five tons of TNT
And one percent would wipe out mankind on earth, and put an end to future dreams
So let us hope the wind is gentle and good, and not the blast force of bad news
But man is free to use his saving device, his simple choice, the right to choose!
