What is going on, why is it all so wrong?
I feel the problems in the air, I see the people in despair
It’s in the things that people do, not the many but the few
The ones who spoil it for the rest, the ones that think that they know best!

If you can’t get to the people that matter, you target the innocent
Innocent people just going about their business, you strike them to the ground
And you don’t care cos they don’t matter to you, don’t give a damn
You seem to think that this is right, but you just don’t understand

It’s funny how everybody seems to think they’re in the right
But let me tell you that it’s very rare that the answer is to fight
The only way is to talk it through and consider everyone
Not to selfishly take what you want, as you stand behind a gun

God is good, and good is kind, and kind to everyone
