Taking The P! Far too many companies think they can just dip into your bank account and take what they like without asking and getting permission first.

Help Themselves: Just because you agree a set amount for your direct debit doesn't mean that any such company should be able to help themselves and just take amounts over and above what you have agreed without first getting your permission.

Serious Problems: Companies helping themselves to over and above the agreed amount causes serious problems for people on tight budgets forcing them into the red and meaning they incur additional bank charges.

Should Have The Decency! Companies should have the decency to ask before they just dip into your bank account and help themselves, but as they don't, perhaps we need some legislation to sort the problem out and stop it from happening!
