Anchor Mobility Limited is a new company launched in 2016 by David Waters, the criminal mastermind and con man behind Westminster Recliners and Mobility Direct. The company is registered from a virtual office, mail forwarding address in London. It offers a slick looking website but with all the same scams attached. A change of name for the leopard, but still the old spots.
