Humanity's Social Management Structure - Part 4

The Right Stuff! Although we are a long way short of this understanding at the moment, in a civilised society, it is considered that everyone in society has a responsibility to society, and society has a responsibility to everyone in it. Leaders in this world think that life is all about controlling people. In a civilised society, it is considered that life is all about people properly controlling themselves, and of course, allowing them that God-given privilege. Human beings are programmable devices. Getting people to behave and do the right things automatically, is achieved by loading them with the appropriate software - the right stuff. Good education, leading by good example and fairness in society, are all crucial ingredients in achieving this. And of course, in a civilised society there is no oppression, or abuse, as we currently see perpetrated by those in charge in this world. The concept of paradise simply cannot exist, and is defeated by anyone who behaves badly and causes harm to others. That's why there must be a threshold, a line drawn. By definition, any form of paradise cannot encompass, or include people who behave badly, or abuse others.

Groomed For Abuse: Earth is currently still infected with a culture of abuse, manifest by many of those who influence or lead. Social management, religion, culture and fashion, are all guilty. We are literally groomed from birth in this world, to accept abuse in the way many things are. People being obscenely rich at the expense of others, who cannot afford to eat, feed their kids, or heat their homes, is a form of abuse. Ordinary people are expected to put up with it; however, it is greed and a form of abuse, and should be recognised as such! We also get abused by those we pay to manage our services and infrastructure - our politicians. Local authorities and governments express a do-as-you-likey attitude, regardless of how the public feel. That is also a form of abuse. Even though the UK is one of the better nations, we still have to contend with many examples of what we should recognise as coercive control from those we pay to serve. Yes, we pay to serve! Not to walk all over us! However, they still do! In other countries, religions and cultures, it's much, much worse, especially for women. Retarded traits, very prevalent in governments, religions and cultural attitudes. The forceful removal and denying of anyone's freewill and free thinking, in areas that are strictly the choice of a individual, is a sin. Simple! Bullying, misogyny, persecution, oppression, coercive control, etc.

No Right! Leaders, and those in positions of authority, have no right to treat people the way they do! Just like abusive partners, they have assumed that right and they back it up with force. It is bullying. In both local and national government, those in charge spend and waste public money like it is their own, walking all over the people ultimately paying the bill, WITHOUT sufficient, if any, consideration. People try and protest, but its hopeless because the establishment, wherever we may be on the planet, behave like thugs and bullies. We don't really want war on the streets, and it would simply create even more mess, however, from the tiny little back streets, such as Plantation Road, right the way up to national and international governments, there is no vote, no power of veto, and not enough consideration for the ordinary people - the people that ultimately pay the price, in so many ways. Democracy is denied! In religions, those who lead and dictate use coercive control, citing God as an excuse. Such people seem to have no shame, or any real understanding! There are much better management templates, other than the autocratic jungle-based system we have inherited from our ancestors on Earth. It's riddled with flaws. It's archaic, selfish, dangerous, damaging, wasteful, inefficient, unfair, and has made a complete mess of our world for long enough! Is it time for an update?

Driving The Bus: Let's remember, when you lead, you are effectively driving the bus and everyone's on it (or in it). If you don't know how to drive, drive recklessly, or inconsiderately, you put everyone at risk. Driving a bus, ordinarily requires a licence. To get a licence, you have to pass a test. Not just an ordinary driving test, but an advanced driving test. A test that takes into account the fact that you are carrying passengers. At the moment, as we see, there is absolutely no requirement to have licence, or pass a test, even with the most important leadership roles. ANYONE, regardless of who they REALLY are, and what qualities or flaws they may have, can get in the driving seat and take everyone for a ride; a ride on a road to anywhere!

The Way: It is clear that mankind has yet to overcome inherent animal traits, if we are to ever reach civilisation on Earth. Because of our weapons capability, and the looming state of our planet, these issues are more pertinent than ever. We have everything in this world except the will to do right. The roads that our leaders take us down, include war, world war, genocide, deprivation and extreme poverty. Let's remember, it's not the ordinary people that start the wars, or manage the finances. In fact, ordinary people just want a quiet life, but somehow, we can't have it because of irresponsible people in charge. People who say they're fit to lead, but who don't actually know how to behave! They use and abuse the ordinary people as their whims take their fancy. There are many roads in life that lead to good places and we have been made aware of simple concepts that would help get us there. If there is a way forward, towards a more civilised world, it is to educate and lead by good example, and that means good leadership! However, we need leaders who themselves, can understand the basics to begin with!
