Humanity's Social Management Structure - Part 3
At The Top! What we need now, is grown up, sensible, social management. A new understanding and new political systems, that get away from the abuse and thuggery of those who think it is appropriate to rule by fear and oppression. Such people have no future in any civilised society. And although people may think not, we are all held accountable for the way we behave, eventually! The fact is, for this planet, we need sensible people in charge. People who can understand the problems now facing all of us. Yes, that is humanity! Not individual groups, nations, or people with labels on their heads that think they're somehow different, or better than everyone else. Earth is a ship, and even though it only goes round and round the sun, we're all sailing on it. If it sinks, we all go down. It is time to see the bigger picture, and we need people in charge who can understand this. Leaders who are prepared to WORK WITH each other and with the people that pay their wages. Leaders who can help address humanity's problems, not add to them! Half of all humanity is still thinking with an animal mindset. This is due to the poor quality of leadership, in both politics and religion. We'd like to encourage people to become civilised and start thinking like civilised beings. This means leaders who can lead responsibly and set a civilised and responsible example! Earth needs an upgrade of its operating system and its moral framework; and this must start where the buck stops! At the Top!
Heat = Hate: It isn't just our political leaders we have to scrutinize and worry about. In an age where anyone can get on the international stage and soapbox, we call the internet, influencers of any sort have to come under scrutiny. Why? Because, such influencers can affect events. Some of the people I have talked to think there is a problem with free speech being curtailed. Certainly, as we know, that is much the case in some countries, however, even in the UK, we must understand the difference between free speech and hate speech. That is constructive criticism, or making an observation, or a fair point, and troublemaking, or shit-stirring. As I explain, for me you have to ask, is what people say, or encourage, helpful, or even truthful? If the answer is no, we can do without it and we don't want it. If a person leads people down a road that results in damage to humanity in any form, THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE! Especially when there is misinformation involved. There is far too much of this already. If we don't want to damage ourselves even more than we already have, psychologically or otherwise, encouraging such bad behaviour, by giving people a platform is unhelpful, and should be discouraged. As should any type of ignorant and unhelpful rhetoric! The message is clear, heat = hate and hate = heat! And so it goes on! This is why Jesus made the point about turning the other cheek. If not broken or interrupted, this cycle is endless and can go on indefinitely. The solution? MAC! Mutually assured cooperation. That is work together! This is what grownups and civilised beings do and it is what mankind on Earth has yet to learn! TAR MAC! It is the smoothest road. There is a lesson in that!
Everyone's Future! Humanity is not in a good place at the moment. We are notably regressing. That is, going backwards. Back towards warring tribes and the jungle. Largely, it has to be said, due to leaders who are a bit backwards themselves. They certainly don't understand how to behave. They also don't understand what needs to be done. As well as all the unnecessary greed, war and division, we have governments and world leaders who simply lie through their teeth. They haven't even learnt the basic lessons in life. Lessons that we teach to our children. This behaviour seems to be becoming more blatant and more prevalent, rather than the reverse. People in authority who simply cannot be trusted and who behave like irresponsible children. Until the time comes when we see some serious change, it's difficult to hold many to account, as they protect themselves with their paid dogs, repressing any decent opposition, and even verbal criticism. It is crucial that we, as humanity on Earth, arrive at some point soon, where we understand the importance of responsibility and where we can hold ourselves properly to account, at all levels, regardless of who we are, if we do or inspire things that are not helpful! We really do need to face up, start pulling together and putting our emphasis in the right places. Life is not a game! It's taken a lot to get where we are. We don't want to throw it all away. We should grow up, work together and take things seriously, because it is a serious thing! That is, everyone's future!
Unhelpful Behaviour! There is absolutely no reason why Earth cannot be an absolute paradise for everyone that lives here, except for our animalistic behaviour and those in charge. Earth has been gifted, that is provided, with everything we need to achieve this. We are not short of anything except the will to behave and manage things accordingly. Unfortunately, those who put themselves forward, saying they're fit to lead, are often far from it, and between them, simply lead us all into a mess. The decent people in this world struggle to correct the problems because, although most people just want a quiet well-managed life, we can't have it due to idiots in charge. There's always one. In fact, in this world there's always quite a few! It is about time we were all held properly accountable for the damage we do and the problems we create. This is important! If we are ever to evolve and move our world in a better direction, we must all be judged as to whether our behaviour is helpful to humanity, or not. If it is not, we must be held accountable, and the ordinary people must have a democratic power of veto to prevent such bad, or unhelpful behaviour. Yes, we're a long way short of that aren't we!
Choice! It is a sad fact that we on Earth are currently somewhat small-minded. We divide ourselves into little groups and gangs with ridiculous indoctrinated notions of all sorts. All nonsense in our heads, and all due to our leaders and influencers, who struggle to see that there is a much bigger picture, called our universe. However, although there are many in this world who would perhaps currently think otherwise, there is ultimately only one divide for humanity, as with all life, and that is between those who are good and those who are bad. This is simply summed up by whether we leave a smile on people's faces, or a trail of victims. In other words, is our behaviour towards humanity helpful, or harmful. Constructive, or destructive. Useful, or not. And let's remember, for human beings, how we behave is a choice. As we will come to understand, life REALLY IS about credit and debit. Some call it merit and demerit. Some call it karma. Some say, what goes around comes around. However, whatever you call it, what it means is that all actions and inactions have consequences and at some point, a line will be drawn. There is still time for us to make sure we are on the right side of that line! Again, it is up to us! I reiterate, how we behave, is a choice!
Responsible! Just as good behaviour puts a smile on everyone's face, and has a feel-good factor, bad behaviour upsets people and creates victims. The higher up an individual is, the more the quality of their behaviour impacts on everyone, and if they make mistakes, or behave badly, the more victims there are. Our social-management systems are currently a long way short of considering everyone in society. They mostly revolve around the greedy and the corrupt. Bad behaviour costs! Costs the victims. Costs the public, and ultimately, costs the perpetrator. People may think they can get away with it, but nobody does! We are all held accountable, eventually. Even if you think you're untouchable, or nobody is watching, there will come a time. Everything you do in life is recorded on a file in your being. Yes, life = file. When a person sees their life flash before them, that is what they are experiencing. A standard of data management above our current level of understanding. If we want this world to become civilised and we want to share in that world which lies beyond this one, we have to understand how to behave and the importance of being responsible.
