Humanity's Social Management Structure - Part 2

Top Dog: The prospect of being top dog can be attractive to some, for different reasons. Some more well-intentioned than others. To try and win the position, we see all sorts of tactics being employed, from mud-slinging, to blatant lying and twisting of truth, to slagging off, locking up or even murdering any opposition. Once political leaders are in a position of power, and become top dog, they have the paid underdogs at their disposal. That is the official government forces. The police, the military, the special services, etc. Those that are trained to follow commands without question, regardless of morality and right or wrong. Afterall, just as with your dog, that is what they are trained and paid (or fed) to do. This enables the control of the alpha-male to be enforced and until that alpha-male is usurped, or replaced, everyone is subject to the biases, flaws, weaknesses and potential bad behaviour of that person. It means the ordinary people can be subject to enforced abuse from the establishment; bullying, persecution, oppression, etc. It also means the ordinary people can be dragged into a war initiated by just one individual, making the lives of everyone very vulnerable, because the top dog can effectively do just what he likes!

The Inner Circle: Around and assisting the top dog, or alpha-male will be the mates, or inner circle. The entourage, the cabinet, court of the king, etc. Those who prop up, support and benefit by being 'in' with the boss. Generally getting a share of the spoils and a privileged life, but at what cost to everyone else? As leaders also set the example to others, that is dictate the fashion in 'acceptable' morality and moral benchmarks, they can make a massive difference in the quality and taste of the brew the rest of us have to put up with. Bad leadership sets a bad example and inspires bad behaviour all the way down. The bad trickles all the way down to the bottom, infecting others in society, who could otherwise be decent, taking them down the wrong road and sending out the message that such animalistic and retarded abuse is ok, because it is sanctioned at the very top. If mankind is to evolve and make the leap from animal to civilised being, the quality of leadership and our planetary social management system must now come under serious scrutiny, with a view to removing such flaws and vulnerabilities!

Ripples: When you look around, it is very clear that, much of the time, those in authority don't know what they're doing, or they don't care. They waste inordinate amounts of public money, they have no real vision and no real understanding and, at worse, they are simply corrupt! If they're not lying through their teeth, they hardly ever give you a straight answer and they don't listen to the people paying their wages either. They behave like rogue traders and their flaws, weaknesses and mistakes cost the ordinary people mortally, practically, financially and emotionally. Even at a local level, councils ignore and walk all over democracy, public opinion, and even common sense. They lack consideration, don't take good ideas on board and simply lie to fob the public off and get their own way. Some countries are much worse than the UK, and people in those countries suffer badly. However, the ripples, or knock-on effects, also affect people everywhere. Everyone pays something. Cost of living, morale and mental health in this world, all suffer as a result of unsavoury leadership and idiots in charge who simply shouldn't be in charge, as they simply abuse and take advantage of, walking all over the people that fund the system and pay their wages. People in positions of authority should know how to behave and do a responsible job! But, all too often, they simply don't!

Road To Hell: Due to humanity's archaic social management system, one bad leader, that is one single human entity, can screw up the whole world. It is a fact that when leaders of nations don't get on and fall out as individuals, the rest of us can get dragged into ridiculous wars, costing the ordinary people substantially. This makes our leaders' personal flaws and issues even more pertinent, as they have a massive bearing on what the rest of us have to put up with. Let's face it, it's not the ordinary people that cause the wars! It is those in charge! It is utterly ridiculous that thousands, sometimes millions of people can end up being killed, due to the personality and character flaws of one individual! But that's where we are - still! We continually see power struggles play out all over the planet as corrupt individuals, our so-called leaders, who are wholly unfit for purpose, play games with people's lives, propped up by the thugs and bullies that serve them. Just like in the animal kingdom, it all amounts to the stronger, more forceful ones, immorally picking and leaning on the weaker and more peaceful ones. This is just as true in religion as in politics, as religion also has its problems with unsavoury leadership. Old men who make up rules to suit their own corrupted, bigoted and retarded thinking. They pick on and bully the women and others, dictating and enforcing backward, bigoted, sinful rules and blame it all on God. It's embarrassing and it causes a lot of problems for the ordinary people. Such wrong thinking in religion and the division it causes has also been responsible for much conflict as the ordinary people are, once again, led down a road to hell! That's going the wrong way guys!

The Hotter It Gets: Unfortunately, when we have unsavoury leaders that have wormed their way into power and then reveal their true colour as being black, the ordinary people are forced to stand up and try and butt back in order to address the problems they cause. Nature, human psychology and life in the playground tells us that there is, unfortunately, only one way to deal with a bully. But when things are made to go this far, it always costs the ordinary people significantly, as they find themselves up against the paid dogs, the thugs and bullies in uniform, who follow the commands from their masters to suppress. Civil wars, world wars, uprisings, revolutions, protests. We've seen it all in this world. It all amounts to the ordinary people being used, abused, and very unhappy. The fact is, we really need leaders who can be responsible, understand what is required, serve the people and keep the people happy! If they can't do this, they should step down and let someone else have a go! We can't have our leaders behaving like animals, and taking us down the wrong road. We know where it goes and it's not a nice place! In fact, we can already feel the heat and the further we go down that road, the hotter it gets!
